Coverage lasts for 5 years from the date the installation is complete.

Your plan includes accidental damage protection not covered by the limited manufacturer's warranty.

Coverage can be added up to 30 days after the installation is completed. Call 866-874-0054 from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm ET Monday-Friday, and from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET on Saturday for details.

You will never be charged a deductible or fees after the purchase of your plan.

The maximum coverage amount is the purchase price you paid for your flooring.

Customers must file a claim within 15 days of the incident or noticing the stain or damage. Call 866-874-0054 to file a claim. After approval, Empire Today will call you to schedule your repair service.

The plan is transferable to a new owner should you sell your home.  


  • Carpet Cleaning: Carpet cleaning credit of $100 in year two and $100 in year four upon claim request.
  • Hard Surface Floor Cleaning Kit: Cleaning kit with microfiber mop and specially-formulated cleaning solution provided annually upon claim request beginning in year two.
